’78 Twin

A world dominating twin fin design developed in 1978 and refined into the 80’s. Mark designed the 78 to be a stable all-rounder that loosens up and feels more responsive in smaller conditions. It features a relatively high surface area which translates into excellent speed, drive and projection. The upright design means it can turn in a tighter radius, but can still hold strong in bigger turns thanks to its large surface area. Designed to be ridden in boards that are dedicated twin fins.

Freeride Twin

The Freeride Twin sits very deep in the water to provide plenty of hold for aggressive turns in decent, clean, powerful waves. In comparison to the 78 and the super twin the Freeride features a narrower and more refined tip enhancing the ability to pivot and turn freely. Also designed to be ridden in boards that are dedicated twin fins.

Super Twin +1

The Super Twin+1 is a modern twist on the ’78 and the Freeride Twin taking the spirit of both templates and adding the control and predictability of a stabilizer. This allows more boards to experience the fun of riding a twin-fin style set up and allows for more versatility in a wider range of conditions. It features a reduced surface area with more sweep which mirrors some of the modern fin outlines many surfers will be more familiar with, however lighter surfers can still ride them as a straight twin.
